Hairdressing Council Announces New Chair

The Hairdressing Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Jayne Lewis-Orr as its new Chair.

Jayne brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the professional hairdressing industry. Widely recognised as a respected leader within the sector, her career spans decades of leadership, innovation and advocacy for excellence. She has worked closely with salons, stylists and industry stakeholders to raise standards and champion professionalism across the industry. Her appointment reflects the Council’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the voice of the industry remains strong, credible and forward-looking.
