The Hair Council is taking part in a government roundtable discussion as part of their working paper on non-compete clauses in employment contracts and how this can be improved.

This working paper, launched on 26 November 2025 as part of the Budget, seeks views on potential reforms to non-compete clauses to support the government’s growth mission.

The roundtable will provide an opportunity to discuss themes from the working paper, share insights on the use and impact of non-compete clauses, and explore potential policy options and their implications.
